Did some pundit famously use this phrase? Is it from a book or article? It’s a common expression used to convey frustration at political correctness and affirmative action, and because it’s so prevalent it’s hard to use a search engine to find it’s original source(s).

The stereotype is that black men have large genitals. What they are saying that the black guy will have such rough, intense sex with the woman that she will need a wheelchair to get around.

They already get 5 times as much per student as say, Montana, Oklahoma, South Dakota, West Virginia, ETC. That, plus free breakfast, lunch and in many cases, dinner. And not the usual comeback “It is poverty and lack of hope”. Many very poor in West Virginia and they manage to at least go to school and graduate at 3 times the rate of those in Detroit. Even in “mixed” schools with the same everything at “home” the blacks lag far behind. I know someone that has a kid with “Downs Syndrome”, no matter how much money they throw at her, she still just is different, yes they tell her she is just the same as everybody else, but they know different, same as these black schools. Not a rant, but any legit answers why most blacks just ain’t got it?

I think there are a number of factors besides poverty that make predominately black schools not perform well. Some of them we can’t eliminate completely like social norms, the media, and violence. Poverty is only part of the problem. It’s a vicious cycle so giving them more money isn’t going to change the results.
The situation with Downs Syndrome is different. Of course she is not going to cured of Downs Syndrome. They want her to have a happy, healthy life and be as functional as possible. The goal is not to make her more normal but to help her live up to her full function as an adult.

Does this mean that becoming Black means you’re gonna live a hard-@$ $ life full of ghetto bling bling and gangsta cappin fools? Or is it a sexual reference..meaning the sex is gonna be so rough, you’re gonna need a wheelchair afterwards? I heard a Black guy saying this to some Caucasian woman, and it made me laugh so hard…he was being totally serious. What do you guys think?
