Question by Hot mamma: Had gastric bypass surgery in November 2004, now in the past year….?
I’ve gain almost all of the weight back, was 278 at day of surgery and got down to only 201. Maintained it till about March 2008, then by November 2008 was 250. At this time I’m still 248-252. Also in the past 6 months I’ve started getting these pustules and scabs on my head and it’s only getting worse. My hair is thinning and in the pat 2 months there starting on my face and ears. I’ve been to the DR but I have a crap Insurance so there really stupid, if you’ve had GBS then you know what ‘dumping’ is this DR said there was no such thing that it could ONLY mean vomiting or diarrhea. Now my question is does onlyone know what it could be or a name of it or what kind of Dr I should be asking to see, the gastrointeroligist that my Insurance covers has NEVER hered of ‘Leacky Gut Desiease or Syndrome” what do I do?

Remember how you had to take all that nasty protein after surgery, Please start popping it in as fast as you can, My mom has the same problem and your body is just rejecting the protein right now (I will email the explanation when I call my mom in the morning) She lost all her hair until they figured it out, your body goes in cycles and sometimes forgets what it’s doing.
A Dr. who doesn’t believe in dumping is a doctor who has never dumped. Believe me, I dump and I dump hard, its the worst feeling in the world. What insurance do you have and where do you live? I wouldn’t mind helping you locate a doctor who has a brain.
It doesn’t sound like leaky gut syndrome though, but I think you need to get that looked into. (Do you have black oily poop?)
