Question by TwistedConspiracy.: Eye problem. Black dot.?
I’ve read on the internet about detached retinas
Some articles have said that they’re bad, and that they should be treated immediately.
My symptoms are:
Only in left eye.
Blurry vision sometimes.
Comes out of no where
Whenever I try and look at it, it drifts away and I can’t look at it directly.
Help!
I read that “A detached retina is a serious condition. If not treated properly, it will probably cause blindness.”

everyone has floaters or black spots now and than and you notice them in the light or on a white wall, if you see flashing lights, and/or a shade/veil over your vision you need to see an ophthalmologist, if your vision decreases and more floaters get an eye exam

Question by StandW2Fists: I am working with someone, I could use advice: A friend?
of mine hide an “inner child” inside quite a while ago. I need advice on getting someone to “open up” emotionally.
As a child, this friend (an emotional type) was disciplined – in what I would consider harsh ways. The “old school” of thought is that “smacking” and a form of fear would lead to “respect”. This is the situation I am dealing with a friend, as an adult now.
My concern is that when a parent uses fear as a form of respect, sometimes the “fear” forms a type of dependance on the disciplinarian – but this would not be a true form of respect. It would be a reliance for approval.
In utilizing “fear” as a form of discipline … you take a chance on developing a dependancy or pushing someone away.
In the situation I am dealing with, it has created a bond between the parents and child, but it gets weird now. The nuturing parent created opposition in hiding favors for the child that the discplinarian was not privy to. This created a triangle affect. It created a type of “hidden inner child syndrome” combined with “prodical son attitude”. This situation caused an addictive personality to become reliant on other things rather than dealing with emotional issues.
What attempt could I use to break these walls down and find the “inner child”. Deal with the underlying emotional issues in a way that would be caring, kind and compassionate, without blame or putting anyone down?

Question by superman: Is Paul Pierce Trying to Steal Dwayne Wades Nickname?
In 2007 Dwayne Wade injured his shoulder during a game against the Rockets. He was in so much pain he had to be taken off in a wheelchair.
Thus the nickname Dwayne “the Wheelchair” Wade was coined.
Recently, Paul Pierce gets injured by his own teammate and gets carried off the court by 3-4 guys, gets rolled around in a wheelchair backstage and comes running back into the arena 4 minutes later like it was a rehearsed WWE entrance.
With that being said, how come Paul Pierce’s injury didn’t affect him in games 1 and 2 where he was excellent, and it did in game 3 where it seemed like he was wincing on certain plays? Is it like what Van Gundy said, you tend to wince more when you miss shots?

Parasites Eating Us Alive The Schistosome tapeworm is a worm that is about twice the length of a yardstick and lives in the subcutaneous tissues of its victims (lower body extremities, ex, feet). Its head leaves a swollen blister on the surface of the skin. (See this video footage…) The Schistosome tapeworm parasite, while using snails as intermediate hosts and residing in flowing, fresh-water streams, burrows through the skin (using skin dissolving enzymes), ex through the feet, and enters the bloodstream. In the human bloodstream, it should find trouble surviving but has instead adapted and actually thrives. There is the roundworm parasite of man, also known as onchor psoriasis, commonly referred to as “river blindness” is transmitted through the black fly, the vector, when it bites a human. It also lays eggs in fast flowing streams.
This is track #5 in the album “Prometeus – the discipline of fire and demise”(2001) Then was edited in the album “Scattered Ashes: A Decade Of Emperial Wrath” (2003) as track#2. Well….sorry if are the same boring images. Here are the lyrics: Teach me the tongue of fire so that I may set the world ablaze for it is cold and this blindness can no longer give me shelter teach me the tongue of fire so that I may cry out loud my wrath and my passion or else my coil will blister and decay the soul is never silent but wordless held imprisoned in a cursed tomb wherein reflections never fade never die slowly maddened by the emptiness left to perish in the ever-dark coil yet, always alert it its slumber scorn by the drops of light piercing through the surface and it screams the soul is never silent but wordless teach me the tongue of fire so that I may set the world ablaze for it is cold and this blindness can no longer give me shelter teach me the tongue of fire so that I may cry out loud my wrath and my passion or else my coil will blister and decay.
