An elderly patient has taken legal action against a Moscow clinic after going in for eye surgery, only for the doctor to operate on the wrong eye, but has received little compensation or comfort.

How sad for the poor woman! I hope she can sue the hospital to get somekind of justice!
russia has some horrible medical facilities. I feel sorry for russians. how could you not check and see when an eye is damaged before cutting into it? how can you not realise there is no damage and proceed to completely ruin the vision?
the doctor sounds like one seriously dumb person to me.
