Not ideal for transport chairs,
The straps at the bottom of the holder are not adjustable. I need to use plastic ties to keep it on a lightweight transport chair. I also had trouble adjusting the top straps so the holder would be off center. It ended up more or less in the center of the chair. Both of those issues might not matter when used with a wider chair. Other than that I am happy with holder. It is sturdy and holds a E size tank without being too snug.

I bought two hoping to use both on the back of a wheelchair, but I could only fit one. The fit is a bit tight for an E tank of O2 but works just fine.
