Technically, nothing bad can happen to a vampire, but that’s mostly cause they don’t exist.
Vampires can be in the sun but they lose more and more power the longer they are out there.

Definitely not. As much as some people would argue this, there’s no such thing as a vampire. However, if they exist to you (I’m being serious here), then yes, they can suffer from whatever conditions you think they can. =)
Sun exposure ruins night vision and can harm anyones eyesight.
