It makes no sense — never heard it before in my life and probably won’t ever hear it again…………
It means that black guys thangs are so big that you won’t be able to walk again after you jump on it.
It means that a black man will lay the pipe and when he does, if you aint bow legged now you will be!!!!

It is a play on the original phrase “once you go black you never go back”. Meaning that a African American man has such a large penis you would want any other one but that of an African American. The wheelchair part means that you wouldn’t be able to walk after having sex with an African American man since he is so large. By the way it’s not true there penis size varies just like any other race.
Once you try to act black you are going down and might not make it to the wheelchair.
It means that a black man would put a hurting on you with his joy stick and you will not be able to walk for a while. It came from the movie “white chicks”. He was trying to say that black men are packing and that white women can’t handle it. It is just a joke for the movie that’s all.
