Question by Bill W – Year-Round-Hockey 【ツ】: Have you heard of “face blindness” before?
I saw on the news that 2% of the population has “face blindness” where it is difficult or impossible to remember faces, so strangers and close relatives can be confused with each other.

I must have mild face blindness as I still confuse people with each other that I have known for over 10 years

Yes, its rare but can happen. If the corpus callosum is damaged it can cause this. And certain other disorders could cause it as well.

    Yes. They have done news reports on it. I personally have never met anyone with it but from what I have seen, it does exist.
