Hope from help,
Dr. LeBow in his book “Overcoming Disabilities Despair” has thrown a lifeline to all those who are drowning in a sea of despair and helplessness.
He has shown how one can take charge of previously uncontrolled feelings in just nine steps. Dr. LeBow has shown by a thought-provoking formula how this can be done and illustrated it with examples.
His book is not a series of clinical directions given from a distance. He has involved his readers in close up analyses of feelings and self concepts. He has shown precisely how to take control of feelings of despair and gradually change them to ones of hope.
Dr. LeBow has given the gift of hope with this very insightful book.

You need only read the free sample chapters of this book to appreciate what it can do for you.
Mike starts right out telling a few stories on himself and you immediately realize that you relate to the book and will benefit from the straightforward language and tools for combating depression. This is good reading as well as a reference book you will want to go back to. Don’t let life beat you down!
It’s also a useful book even for people who may not think of themselves in any way as “disabled.”
We all have fits of despondence over things we “can’t do,” or ways in which we think we might have “failed.”
